Dr. Shannon Coffey

Dr. Coffey, a Morristown native, brings a wealth of experience to our team! She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and her Veterinary degree from the University College of Dublin. She then honed her skills through a rigorous four-month ER training program at Garden State Veterinary Specialists in Tinton Falls. She then worked four years as a full-time ER doctor at their Iselin/Woodbridge locations before coming to Eclipse.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Coffey is an avid hiker who loves exploring the great outdoors with her four dogs: Rigatoni, Murphy, Kona, and Millie. She also cares for her five goats named Ralph, Kevin, Chicken Nugget, Honey Mustard and Gemma. Her passion for emergency medicine is unwavering.
