If possible, please call us before arriving, so we can begin to assess your pet’s condition and prepare for your pet’s arrival. No appointment is necessary.

- Please bring your pet’s current medication and medical records if you have them or request that your pet’s primary veterinarian send them to us at info@eclipsevetcare.com
- Please complete the intake form.
- If you need assistance transporting your pet from the car, please call inside and someone will come out to help. As soon as your pet arrives at our hospital, our team will perform triage to assess their condition.
- Our team will take life-saving measures to stabilize your pet, including fluid therapy, pain medication, oxygen therapy, blood or plasma transfusions, and resuscitation.
- You may choose to update your preference for emergency medical directive during consultation with our medical team.
